Dear Parents and Carers,
This week
As we reach the end of another busy and successful term, I would like to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you to all our families for your continued support. Your encouragement, involvement and partnership make such an important contribution to our school community, and it is very much appreciated.
It has been a busy end to the term, with lots to celebrate!
🤝 P1 & P7 Parent Charter Meetings
Thank you to all the parents and carers who joined us for our recent P1 and P7 Parent Charter meetings. These were very positive and successful sessions, providing an opportunity to strengthen the partnership between home and school.
We are extremely grateful for the time you gave and for your continued support as we work together to ensure our children have the very best experiences at school. We hope that this will be a support for you over the year and will share our charter with you after the school holidays.
🚨 P7 Emergency Day
Our P7 pupils enjoyed a fantastic Emergency Day, with lots of fun-filled, skills-based learning taking place outdoors.
It was wonderful to see the children learning through practical experiences, working together, solving problems and developing important skills in such an enjoyable way. A big well done to P7 for embracing all the challenges and activities so enthusiastically!
💃🕺 Whole School Danceathon
There was plenty of energy and enthusiasm in school today as everyone took part in our whole school Danceathon!
The event was organised to raise funds towards school trips, and it was fantastic to see pupils joining in, having fun and supporting their school at the same time. Thank you to everyone who has supported the fundraising. Every contribution makes a difference and helps us provide memorable experiences for our children.
💍 Best Wishes to Miss Lamont
We would like to send our very best wishes to Miss Lamont, who will be getting married during the holidays. We hope she has the most wonderful wedding day, surrounded by family and friends, and wish her every happiness for this very special occasion. Congratulations from everyone at school!
🍼 Congratulations to Mr Profit and Family
We are also delighted to send our warmest congratulations to Mr Profit and his family on the recent arrival of their baby daughter. We hope they are enjoying this very special time together and send lots of love and best wishes from everyone in our school community.
🍂 Have a Wonderful Holiday
Finally, I would like to thank our pupils, staff, parents, carers and wider school community for everything you have contributed throughout the term. Our children have worked incredibly hard, and we are very proud of their achievements, enthusiasm and positive attitude.
